Seton Hall Prep is New Jersey’s oldest Catholic college preparatory school. The Prep's tradition is matched by its commitment to the education of young men by teaching them to think critically, communicate effectively and become contributing members of society.
At Seton Hall Prep, students participate in many of the amazing offerings available to them outside of the classroom. This includes 15 sports, more than 70 activities and clubs, a variety of intramurals and a seemingly endless number of service projects.
“To equip the holy ones for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the extent of the full stature of Christ.”
Seton Hall Prep Welcomes New National Honor Society Inductees
Seton Hall Prep inducted 95 students into the National Honor Society on Tuesday, March 11th, in a ceremony celebrating scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
Headmaster Mr. Mike Gallo ’79 welcomed the inductees and their families, while school counselor Mr. Mark Vitale ’10 delivered a heartfelt keynote address, emphasizing the impact of leadership through service.
The five NHS officers – Greg Garcia ’25, Luca Giordano ’25, Brady Manzo ’26, Lucas Vitali ’26, and Jack Vinitsky ’25 – led the event from start to finish. They offered remarks on each of the four pillars and placed an NHS pin on each new member, marking their commitment to the values of the honor society.
The ceremony was a proud moment for the school, recognizing each student’s hard work and dedication as they continue this tradition of excellence.
