• What standardized test do I need to take?

  In order to be considered for admission, all International Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by means of TOEFL results. Seton Hall Prep does require a minimum score of 80 in order to be granted an interview.

• What is the acceptance rate?

  Seton Hall Prep is highly selective with all students it selects for admission. All International Students attending Seton Hall Prep will take courses taught entirely in English alongside American students. In addition, enrollment for International Students in each grade is limited to five students per year. Currently, applications for 9th and 10th grades only are being accepted.

• Where do I need to send my transcripts and test scores?

  All paperwork should be scanned and emailed to international@shp.org.

   

• What do I need to do in order to have Seton Hall Prep issue an I20 Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Student Status?

  Please follow the image link below to the Department of Homeland Security website to learn more about the I20 process. Once Seton Hall Prep has formally made an offer of acceptance, we will guide you – step by step – through the process and ensure that you receive your I20 in a timely manner.

• What are the average standardized scores and GPAs of the international students?

  The average SAT score (Critical Reading and Math) for the 2018 graduating class was 1433, while the average for the entire school was 1264.
  
  The average GPA for international graduates was 3.98 for the 2017-18 academic year, while the average for all graduating seniors was 3.82.
